Terms of Service
These terms describe the scope of VPNBH's cross-border network acceleration subscription service and the rules account holders must follow when using it. Before using the service, please also read the Privacy Policy.
Service Scope
VPNBH provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service includes a selection of international routes and access to clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The subscription available to you is determined by the plan and its active status shown in your account. Clients and subscription details must be obtained through the user panel.
Exit regions, connection performance, and access to third-party websites may vary by route. When choosing a route, consider your purpose and the regional requirements of the destination service. These terms do not guarantee continuous availability of any third-party website, app, or content. Third parties remain responsible for their own account, content, and access rules.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; you can register with a username and password. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for subscription use and management actions performed through their account. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed, change your password promptly. Do not publish credentials or subscription details in public channels.
VPNBH does not limit the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This means account holders can use their subscription on different devices they manage; it does not permit reselling, transferring, or sharing a subscription with others. Accounts, client access, or subscription details must not be offered to third parties as standalone products, and multiple people must not share one account. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. For exact plan details, refer to the plans page.
Responsible Use
When using VPNBH, account holders must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the rules of the services they access. The service must not be used for illegal activities, distributing illegal content, infringing on others' rights, or disrupting networks or other users' normal use. Account holders are responsible for checking and following the conditions set by third-party services.
Do not consume route resources through automated abuse, malicious requests, or other activity that clearly exceeds normal personal subscription use. Do not attempt to damage VPNBH facilities or disrupt other accounts. VPNBH may investigate accounts in response to unusual usage and take action under these terms. An investigation does not change account holders' responsibility for their own conduct.
Service Availability
Network connectivity depends on local networks, device settings, route maintenance, destination website policies, and other external factors. A specific route or third-party service may be temporarily inaccessible or experience speed fluctuations even when a subscription is active. VPNBH may adjust routes and service settings based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee connection performance for any specific region or app, or uninterrupted service.
If you encounter connection issues, first check the client status and try a route suited to your needs, then refer to troubleshooting. VPNBH is not liable beyond what applicable law requires for interruptions caused by an account holder's device, access network, third-party platform rules, or external network events beyond VPNBH's control. This clause does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and Termination
Account holders may stop using the service. When a subscription expires, its data is used up, or an account no longer has the relevant subscription status, route access will change according to the plan's status. Stopping use of the client or signing out of an account does not change subscription terms that are already in effect.
If an account is resold, transferred, or shared with others, used unlawfully, involved in serious disruption to service operations, or used to obtain subscription access improperly, VPNBH may, depending on the circumstances, restrict relevant actions, suspend access, or terminate account services. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct and its impact on the service. Where the law requires otherwise, applicable law will govern. Account holders can explain their situation through the support ticket portal in the user panel.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
VPNBH may revise these terms when the service, applicable rules, or operating practices change. Revised terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting account use will be announced on the site. Review the current terms before continuing to use the service. If you disagree with a revision, stop using the service.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For application and processing details, see the Refund Policy.
