Create an Account
Start at the account setup page in the user panel. VPNBH accounts use a username and password, and no email address is required. Follow the form prompts to choose a username you’ll recognize and a unique password for your account. Check your entries before submitting. If the username is already taken, choose another one and try again. You’ll need your account details to sign in, check your subscription and view orders, so keep them somewhere safe.
Once your account is set up, open the user panel. Make sure you’re signed in before looking at plans, rather than searching the web for a supposed public subscription link. Your subscription details are tied to your account and service status, so the process runs in order: account setup, order, subscription, then client setup. Already have a VPNBH account? Use the sign-in link in the navigation to open the panel—there’s no need to create another account.
Not ready to place an order? Read the plan details to understand the difference between monthly subscriptions and data packages. For username or sign-in issues, see the account and subscription sections on the Support page. This guide continues with the next step: choosing a plan.
Choose a plan for your usage
After signing in, open the plans section in the user panel. First decide whether you want a monthly subscription or a data package that lasts until used. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on your activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. The two options calculate data differently, so read the details for each before comparing capacities.
Once you’ve decided which option suits you, select it in the panel, check the product and amount shown in your order, then follow the on-screen payment instructions. VPNBH accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT; available options are shown on the order page. Unsure how much data you need? Consider how you use video, websites and AI tools. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly data allowances; if you use it less often, a data package may be worth considering. There’s no fixed estimate here: data use depends on video quality, time spent online and the services you use.
After payment, return to the user panel and check that your order and subscription status have updated before moving on. If the payment page has closed but the subscription isn’t showing yet, first make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used to place the order. Don’t keep importing old details into the client. For a full comparison, upgrades and refund information, see the Plans page. VPNBH offers a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Get your Subscription from the Dashboard
Once your plan is active, open Account Overview in the user panel and find your current subscription and client access details. Your subscription details belong to your account; the client uses them to load the available servers. Copy the complete details provided in the panel. Don’t remove part of the link or mistake the panel page URL in your browser’s address bar for the subscription URL. If the page offers an import option for your client, follow the steps provided there.
Treat your subscription link like account information: don’t post it publicly or share it with people you don’t know. The example below is an invalid placeholder shown only to illustrate what a link might look like. It isn’t a VPNBH subscription link and won’t connect:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
Only get the details you need to import from your own user panel. After copying them, leave the panel open and switch to the VPNBH client for your platform. If the client later shows an empty server list, check that your subscription is active in the panel and that you copied all the details. Don’t try to fix the link by guessing. Once you have your subscription, the next step is to install or open the client and import the details in the right place.
Import your subscription in the Client
VPNBH supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. To get a client, sign in to the downloads section of the user panel and select your platform for the VPNBH client and instructions. This page doesn’t provide standalone download links. Once the client is installed, look for an option such as “Import subscription” or “Add subscription,” then use the details you got from your account in the previous section. When the import succeeds, the client should show a list of servers to choose from. Installing the client alone isn’t enough; you also need to import your account subscription to continue.
Windows: Import from the Client’s Subscription Menu
On Windows, get the VPNBH client from the panel, install it using the instructions on your device, then open it. Go to subscription management or the add-subscription option, paste the details copied from Account Overview and confirm the import as prompted. The option may be on the main screen or in Settings, depending on the version. Look for the feature that adds a subscription, rather than a single server entered manually. After importing, return to the server list and check that regions and server types are available. Then continue to the connection steps. If you’ve imported details before, make sure the selected subscription belongs to the account you’re using now.
macOS: Check the Import Before Choosing a Server
The steps on macOS are much like those on Windows: get the VPNBH macOS client from the user panel, open it, find subscription management or the import option, then paste in your subscription details. The interface may use a sidebar, top menu or separate subscription page, so don’t rely on a specific button location. After submitting, return to the server list and check that it has loaded before choosing an exit region. If the client asks for permission to connect to the network, read the system prompt and respond as needed. Copying a subscription alone won’t change your browser’s exit location; you need to connect.
Android: Add Your Subscription in the App
On Android, get the VPNBH client through the download section in the panel. In the app, open subscription or configuration management and choose an option to add or import your subscription details. The mobile keyboard or system share menu may cover the confirmation button, so check the bottom of the screen or the menu for a save option after entering the details. Return to the main screen and check that the server list appears, then choose a region. On your first connection, Android may ask you to confirm the network connection request. This system prompt is separate from account setup.
iOS: Follow the Panel’s Download and Import Instructions
On iOS, open the downloads section in the user panel and check the available app download options and import instructions. If you need to visit the App Store, use the link provided in the panel. Once you have a compatible client, look for its add-subscription or import option and use the subscription details in Account Overview. iOS permission prompts and app menus may differ from other platforms; the key is to confirm that the app has loaded your account’s servers before choosing an exit region. To use another device, repeat the steps to get and import your subscription. VPNBH supports unlimited simultaneous connections.
Linux users can also find the VPNBH client and subscription instructions in the panel. Follow the steps provided for your platform. The key check after importing is the same across platforms: does the client show the server list for your account? If not, return to the panel to check your subscription status and the imported details. For more specific client issues, see the Support page.
Choose a Route and Connect
Once the server list has loaded, choose an exit region based on the service you want to access, then consider the server type. VPNBH offers IEPL, relay and direct connection options. These labels describe how a connection is routed; they don’t guarantee access to a particular region or service. For your first connection, start with a server in the region that matches your target service. Select it, use the client’s connect control and wait until the interface says you’re connected. If the app asks you to confirm network access, do so and then check the client status. A button press alone doesn’t mean the connection is established.
You don’t need to compare every option before connecting. Regular browsing, streaming and AI tools may call for different exit regions. Start with one that suits your needs, then check the result in the next section. To switch servers, select another one in the client, confirm the new connection and check your exit location again. VPNBH covers 100+ countries and 150+ routes; the options available to you are shown in your account’s client. For more on the differences between IEPL, relay and direct connections, see the Global Server Locations page. This guide focuses on what you need to make your first connection.
Check the actual result as well as the connection status. When the client says you’re connected, that means the app reports an active connection; it doesn’t confirm your browser’s exit location or access to a particular service. Keep the client running after choosing a server and follow the final verification steps.
Check Your Exit Location and Access
Keep the client connected and open the VPNBH IP lookup page to see your current exit location. Compare it with the region of the server you selected, then open the website or app you wanted to use and check that it loads normally. Verify on the same browser or device you’ll actually use. For example, if you connected on a computer, check your exit location on that computer; if you connected on a mobile device, check there. This makes it easier to confirm you’re testing the connection you just set up.
If your exit location hasn’t changed as expected, return to the client and check that you’re still connected and using the subscription server you just imported. After switching servers, reload the lookup page and check again. If the exit location is right but a particular service still won’t open, try a different exit region that suits the service. One app’s behavior doesn’t tell you how every server is working. When reporting an issue, include your platform, server type, client status and the page where the problem occurred. That’s more useful than simply saying “it won’t connect.”
You’ve now completed the main setup flow: you can check your account, plan, subscription, client and exit location. If you later have trouble updating a subscription, connecting a particular app, maintaining speed or staying connected, you don’t need to set up your account again. First look for the relevant issue on the Support page. For step-by-step checks based on symptoms, see Troubleshooting. Those pages cover specific problems; this guide remains a start-to-finish walkthrough for your first setup.
